Important Change for Connecticut Enrollees:
Access Health CT did not previously require proof of eligibility for their qualifying life events but research shows that those who changed coverage mid-year utilized more health care than those that enrolled in the appropriate window. Access Health CT now requires proof of the qualifying event.
Not sure if your qualifying life event will give you the ability to change your health insurance? You can verify if you qualify for the Special Enrollment Period by visiting healthcare.gov.
